With a Diploma in Architecture fromMuthesius Academy of Fine Arts Germany and a Masters Degree in Scenography from Central Saint Martins College in London, following an appointment as Store Design Manager at KaDeWe Luxury Department Store, then Art Director at PCA Architecture Paris and Senior Project Manager Architecture at Isabel Marant Paris, Anja's visionary approach and concepts for retail and interior design have significantly shaped the retail landscape of multiple brands.
Her unique creative and aesthetic conviction, which favors boldness and spontaneity over convention and uniformity, brings a fresh perspective to artistic endeavors.

Héctor Armando Rodríguez Rosario leads the areas of strategy and management consulting as well as operational business processes as co-founder at WHY NOT. His main responsibilities include client management as well as supervising, consulting and qualifying the company’s management in the areas of design, cultural projects, public relations, brand development such as creative processes.
With a degree in Business Administration from the UNIBE in Santo Domingo, rounded off with a Master’s degree in Public Management from the Universidad Complutense Madrid he looks back on more than 15 years of professional experience in business management and leadership as a hotel entrepreneur.
In addition, his roots lie in international geopolitical analysis, which keeps him constantly up to date with current world affairs and trends.
Héctor's main expertise involves his work as a network expert and liaison between different individuals and organizations. It is a great pleasure for him when collaborations emerge and growth occurs.
